Indigo Lane Home
This is a new construction in Roslyn WA. The goal of the construction is to bring the outside in. We used many environmental elements such as concrete, steel, wood, tons of windows to compliment the property views and vivid orange and green. The house is built at an angle to utilize the views of the Cascade mountains and sunlight.
The main design goal on this project was to bring the outside inside so it feels like you are outside even when you are inside of the house. It was designed to blend in and compliment the lot.

The house is set into the hillside to minimize visual impact on the landscape and to take advantage of the earth sheltering in both summer and winter. The bend in the house maximizes access to views and sunlight! We used metal roofing with standing seam. The house is 180′ from one end to the other! Photo credit: Mercio Photography
Exterior
We used concrete floors throughout – heated and snow melt on the outside driveway and sidewalks.
