How did you start working for ER Properties?

I actually met Bryce through dirt bike racing with his kids. I have been racing with Max and Jenna since 2013. In 2018, the Tingley’s raced the same national series as us so we spent a lot of time with them on the road and camping at the races. I was working at a gym when Bryce offered me a job doing bookwork for ER Properties. I immediately took the job because I really liked working with them at the races and knew I would enjoy working for them as well.

What do you do?

Working at ER Properties, I do a little bit of everything which I enjoy. When I started, I was doing only bookwork. As I have worked here, I have started to work more with Daniela with Design & Operations. Usually, I attend meetings with the clients to discuss specs and updates about the project. I enjoy seeing the different perspectives and the individuality of each client and their desired project. I spend most of my time in the office updating financials and meeting with Daniela and our bookkeeper. As I grow in ER Properties, I have started taking care of our social media and marketing.

What do you do for fun?

I race motocross and off-road in the women’s pro class. I have been riding since I was 3 and racing since I was 10. We travel a lot for racing so we are always meeting new friends and experiencing new things! When I am not racing, I am training in the gym or going to yoga!

Dream big and chase it! Don’t let anyone tell you that you are not capable of something, if you can dream it you can achieve it. Believe in yourself.
